Claims to be ethical, but far from it... tried to charge me for cashing a check from one of their customers... I brought it to your bank, because that is where it was drawn from... I've known they were crooked and corrupt for a while, just needed a reminder.
Have Banked at bigger banks and they have charged for anything and everything. So far not so with this bank and there are branches on the West Coast one reason I use them.
If a company truly cares about good service, provide enough staff to quickly and efficiently take care of customers.
The Mountain Home, AR branch has the worst customer service of any bank I've dealt with. The majority of the time I go in, there is an average wait time of a quarter of an hour, sometimes more. They usually only have one teller behind the counter, and one teller in drive through.
The staff is friendly, just understaffed.
