The bakery did a great job at writing the words on my sons 10th birthday in icing. Not to long a wait time either. Thanks again for the quality work and efficient, timely manner.
What else can you say? It’s a one stop shop get groceries, home goods, toys, tires, hunting and fishing gear all before you go home and enjoy the products you just purchased
Big store, alot of customer service agents if needed. Clean, great services. Sometimes awesome prices.
I don't blame the employees for the bad customer service, I used to work here when I was about 20 years old. They only pay minimum wage and they treat their workers like cattle. The only way their workers survive is by getting government assistance, as they do not allow overtime, nor do they allow taking tips. Nearly all the management at this store should be fired.
On other occasions that I've visited, I've been followed by their secret shoppers, who are usually kids right out of high school, and once falsely accused of shoplifting.
If this was any place besides Walmart, they would have gone out of business a long time ago and rightfully so. I do my best to shop here as little as possible.
The only positive thing about this place, and the only reason they deserve one star instead of zero, is that they have ALMOST everything you could think to buy. But I'd still recommend Amazon for all your non grocery, and Harps or Town and Country for your groceries if you don't have to get what you need immediately.
Terrible customer service. Complete disregard for the needs or convenience of their shoppers. I waited 30 minutes to buy ammunition (I had to call the store while I was in the store to get anybody to come to the department, and then I waited 30 minutes). When they got there, they said they wouldn't sell it at that time of night. So I went to check out with my other items... Self checkout is closed. I waited in line, I had 4 items. The cashier rang everybody in front of me up, then stopped when it was my turn, and went to the next register to ring up a lady that had over 100 dollars worth of groceries.
