Exceptional Service!! I had an issue with my well and did not know who to call. I searched through some trouble shooting guides online which were not of any real help other than to lead me to believe that my well was running dry. Then I found the Burden drilling website which seemed to have more detailed information. After checking some online ratings for Burden Drilling, I gave them a call. Alan diagnosed my issue over the phone and gave an estimate for repairs. Within a couple of hours, Alan and his helper were at my place making the repairs. They pulled the pump, replaced all necessary parts and had me back in water well before sunset. Alan could have easily sold me a new well pump which would have cost me close to a thousand dollars, but he didn’t. He only replaced the parts that needed to be replaced. He gave me valuable information about my well including depth, and water level. He also made helpful suggestions on how to make my well better. My bill was less than the estimate he gave me over the phone. I highly recommend Burden Drilling. They are good, honest, easy going people.
