The owner has applied a false claim after having messed up his own finances. He handled the situation in poor taste and had a hard time maintaining his composure. I would reccomend different facilities with better management.
Awesome place and very laid back
Worst of all, is that there is a group of old guys that play tennis who will tell you to get out of the area while they play as if they own the place- But wait- Apparently they do since they pay the owner extra to 'rent' the tennis room or whatever. There is equipment such as the rowing machines IN the tennis room, but as a paying member I'm out of luck if I want to use that equipment if I happen to show up when they are there- It's not right.
I still like the place but eh....
I've been going their for about two years and i must say i really like the place they have plenty of tredmills and free weights for everyone and my favorite part three squat racks.
Good equipment and really nice people with positive attitudes. I am a member, and I'll stay a member- however I must deduct 2 stars for the following reasons: The place could really use a freshening up. It's dingy with old dusty trophies displayed and tired decor. The TVs are tiny. It could use more fans and ventilation. The back weight room is pretty stanky most of the time.
It's an athletic club, needs some updates but it does what it's supposed to do
