Couldn’t ask for a better doctor than Dr. Pritchard. Excellent communication skills and her bedside manner is nothing short of delightful. She made me feel comfortable and understood immediately. That seems to be rare with a lot of doctors these days. I couldn’t recommend her enough.
I've never had a bad experience at this office. Staff is always friendly and Dr. Lawrence is awesome! He was my doctor through my pregnancy and is now my daughter's doctor as well. I've been going here for over 7 years. Best doctor's office I've been to.
Dr Bounds is our Family Physician and she takes great care of all of us.
The doctors and staff all seem very nice. The office is well kept. There was one incident with Dr. Halstead's nurse, Leanne, wherein she blatantly refused to get a prior authorization for my partner's prescription when asked over the phone but even still my experience at that clinic is above average for the area. In addition Dr. Halstead personally called me in regard to the issue no more than 10 minutes after I left a message for him.
