First visit was a good experience. The groomed did a good job on my dog. The second visit was a disaster. Dropped dog off for his appointment,on time, came back two and a half hours later and was told they had not started on him yet, and it would be three plus hours. Needless to say, I was not happy. Quite the contrary. I will not take him back there again. By the way, his usual groomer does him in two hours.
