The only Kentucky Fried Chicken buffet I had that was worse than this one this experience was a Newton Kansas and customers were fighting over 3 pieces of chicken period. This one they say you take it for the ride but then they don't let you ride the whole ride you don't get no biscuits because it's getting close to 8 and they don't want to make any only certain kinds of chicken all and all a very poor experience very disappointed
Crew was very nice, very helpful,and kept themselves busy my entire stay. But the buffet was $ 8.00, not enough choices and was always out. They did replenish after being told,, someone needs to constantly watch for outage on buffet at all times. No straws and no lids in closest machine next to buffet, inconvenient for customer. Need to have condiments accessible to customers so you don't have to worry employee ever ten minutes. Floors were clean. Gizzards were great (ran out). Chicken was OK but not as tasty as used to be. Cheesy potatoes were great. Biscuits were great. Oh there needs to be some sort of sign or cashier needs to tell you to ask for Mac and cheese if wanted. Finally asked why it wasn't on there and was informed we had to ask for it. Let customer know it is on option. Ty
The service is top notch, all food is cooked very well. But I didn't give it all 5 stars because the taste of the chicken just don't taste as good as it used too when it was called Kentucky Fried Chicken. When the name changed to KFC the flavor left. Its getting better, but still not there.
They fed us wonderfully. And we were first customers of the day!
Buffett was clean food was fresh.
