Newly remodeled but the traffic flow can be dangerous. The drive -through is on the inside with the cars parking on the perimeter. When those large cars back out, they have to be careful not to hit the cars in the drive-through. Plus having stalls on the outside makes a LONG way for the carhops to walk. They also have stalls and picnic tables on the inside past the drive through window that you have to watch out for. I think the previous design was safer.
Lots if great menu items, fast and friendly service. No booster seats for children but has great food for children or teens.!!
They didn't get my order right then I had to reorder and they were gonna charge me twice. The cashier had no clue how to ring up the drink. I ended up getting both orders for the price of one. After 25 minutes I got my food. Not a good experience!
Worst Sonic in Springfield. Always get my order wrong even though I always tip my carhops and rarely complain that they never out napkins, cutlery, condiments or a mint in my bag. I guess I'm lucky they even bring me the food?
Fast friendly service. The new menu boards are nice but the pictures and writing are too small to see. I have to pull up real close or get out of the vehicle to read the menu. Other than that I love my Sonic!
