Peaceful atmosphere in town nice people
I'm loving mountain home the people the park and the experience what a wonderful place to be so much family fun to do I love it here moving my camper to live here two thumbs up
This mobile home park is very nice! Grounds are well kept and the homes here are too. There are a few homes for sale and if someone needed a summer home or a home I would highly recommend this place.
Do not let your parents move here. They refuse to take care of the park and expect the residents to pay for tree removal on the property then they "say" the will credit their rent. They will not fix water line shut offs and add lawn mowing expense to their rent but they don't mow the yard. They take advantage of the Senior Citizens in the park.
It is located so conveniently in town that its close to shopping and dining yet feels completely " out of town".
