+Building clean on the inside
The whole staff was friendly and helpful. The clinic itself was clean, organized and pleasant. Plus, the location is very convenient and close to my neighborhood. Dr. Sara was thorough in her exam and took the time to answer my questions and build rapport with my pet. Very positive experience -- I will be coming back!
-With request not to be cage dried because of anxiety, I expected him to be hand dried but was only hand dried briefly, making him very damp. Not my experience with grooms in the past (& he usually goes 1x2months)

Awesome staff! They have always been great with my pup. AND, if you adopt from the shelter and bring your new one in for their first check up there, you get 12 free baths!
-I spent an hour brushing him afterwards because he was covered in hair and I'm not sure he was even brushed at all?

Dr. Sara and staff are friendly and good to animals BUT the prices are VERY high, double my new Vet.
-No fun bandanna when done
-Higher-end cost of $45 vs $35 I'm used to paying at previous groomers.
We recently started using Dr Sarah Cotter a few months ago. She has always been very thorough and totally professional with us. We just had to put one of our dogs down. She was so compassionate to my wife and I. We would HIGHLY recommend this business to ANYONE!! Thank you Sarah!!
