I can't say enough about the excellent service and top-notch customer service at Carter & Sons. I recently went in to have some work done that I was told was due at 100,000 miles by the dealer I purchased my car from. I was told by the manager at Carter & Sons that he didn't think my car actually needed this work done, and he proceeded to research further while I waited there. Turns out he was right - and this saved me around $1,000! He could have kept quiet and ripped me off for a lot of money, but that's not the kind of business these folks run. I am so grateful to have found Carter & Sons, and it is the only place I will take my car.
