Rotated tires on a 1 ton dually. Did the job. When I asked if they put right psi in tires was told yes. Got home and went to check front tire, wrong psi in it. When I went to check dually, couldn't check inside because valve was behind rim and not accessible. Had to take back for them to correct. Waiting again
One of the best experience i have had. They also made sure i got to look at the things they fixed and looked for the things that needs to be fixed in the future. I will be ba k .... Grrat customer service and a clean waiting room.
Went in after Fred assured us that they could beat Plumlee tires price and service and after spending 500+$ their expert tire personnel sent my wife down the road with 2 out of 4 defective tires which in turn damaged the wheels on her car. When we went back less than a week after the tires were purchased Roger the owner was not to willing to accept that his less than qualified tech and machine could have caused this problem. After a handshake and his word he said that he would send the defective tires back and replace all 4 rims + replace the bad tires with one's that weren't dangerous. Months went by and when we contacted them time after time story after story Fred informed us that we must of brought bad wheels in when we came in for new tires and their tire expert mounted the tires on cracked rims and sent my wife on down the road after paying over 500$ for tires. No wheel weights no new valve stems not sure that they even balanced the tires or know how to use the equipment or the equipment is faulty. Not sure. After all of Freds storytelling bottom line from them was "I guess we'll just have to let the attorneys hash it out in court" All we wanted was decent tires at a decent price from a legitimate tire store. These guys are Hook,Line and Sinker shams Bait and Switch type business. Dont fall for Freds fast talking cause when his lips are moving he's probably just telling you what you want to hear and after the sale he can't remember anything he said. Also watch out for all the little hidden fees he seems to forget to inform his customers about when you expect to pay one price and they pull your car around and it's a bit more than he let on. STAY CLEAR FROM THIS TIRE SHOP DON'T BE FOOLED BY THE GOODYEAR SIGN.
Super fast friendly service at reasonable prices. Nice showroom and waiting room. Great prices on tires. Will return again for service when needed.
Trust me on this one NEVER go here for anything, they damaged two very costly rims and sold me junk tires. Then promised with a hand shake mind you to make it RIGHT! They lied over and over. So their solution , replace one tire and give me a defective one back, along with legal action.
