I saw Dr Kraft today in Harrison. I have been through a lot since my MVA in 2015. He listens. Gives options and quite frankly for me , hope that eventually I can get better. Staff kind. Highly recommend. Thank u. T. Coffey
They are supposed to be pain specialists, to help you manage pain, yet other than some joint shots or surgery.. they have little to offer. I ask for non narcotic alternatives & Dr.Tilley only had gabapentin ( which i tried & it was not effective & gave me serious headaches ) plus mobic ( which i also tried but it gave me a stomach ulcer) . Upon my return to him for a discussion about alternative pain management plan that did not involve narcotics.. He tells me, who is suffering from diabetic neuropathy and cartilage loss in knee & osteoarthritis , to lose weight .. is frankly laughable considering i was coming to him to help me manage pain so i can stay active & lose weight.. And frankly i find that his lack of knowledge about non narcotic pain management lacking.. Seriously save yourself the hassle & over priced lack of knowledge about REAL PAIN MANAGEMENT.. And find a better doctor.. & pain management team.. THIS PLACE JUST WANTS TO PUSH YOU INTO A SURGERY YOU DONT NEED . AND SHOTS THAT CAUSE MORE HARM THAN GOOD..
Billing makes you do their job. Then threatens you by canceling your appointments. Oh and did I mention that this was done to a senior citizen on medicare and Medipak.
Dr. Krafft is a good guy. Friendly staff too.
It's like family
