Great place! I like that they are up-to-date and organized. The front desk women are exceptional every time I've had to deal with them. The people that fit for glasses have always been great. I've had cases where doctors could use a bit more personality, but you also have to remember they are humans taking care of a lot of people. This is an incredibly busy clinic. I'd say they do pretty great considering the traffic I've seen at times. Personally, I think it takes a strong person to maintain the personality those girls do at the front desk..
The girls at the counter where you check in were great. Everyone else including the Dr. was a sourpuss. No smiles & very curt. Makes you wonder what's going on there.
So pleased with the wonderful care I receive from this clinic.
Everything was great till I went for fitting of glasses. The guy that did it was short for words a guess, took less than 2 min. He couldn't even carry on a conversation with me? Very rude in my book. I'm a disabled veteran and I guess civilians have different values when working with people.
