My daughter is pregnant and has insurance. She is applying for pregnancy medicaid and the first time we asked for an appointment we were told they would not see her until medicaid came though. So I said do you not take her insurance the answer, yes we do but if she is applying for medicaid we will wait. She's now 13 weeks pregnant, I call back she needs to be seen so today they tell me her deductible for the entire year is 8500 so she needs to be the entire deductible first? These are some money hungry non caring certainly do harm kind of office people. I've been told the doctor is amazing but I can't get through the very rude office ladies. What a shame and disgusting way to handle business. There won't be a 4th call. They need to be reported. If she has a cold she pays her copay and gets treated I've never heard of paying entire deductible before getting any treatment.
Dr. Lawrence has been the most caring doctor I have seen. I have a lot of medical problems. I have seen many doctors. His personality is so up beat and funny. He is very good with children as well. If he isn’t sure on something he will tell you and refer you to a specialist. In my opinion he saved my son’s life when he was a baby. He didn’t mess around and got us to Arkansas Children Hospital. If he would have kept stringing us along it would have been bad.
