I was frustrated and had unsuccessfully contacted another realty company in town 3 times in reference to 4 different properties they were the listing agent on. They were insincere, didn't keep their appointments and slow to respond to emails. We had already secured financing (which we didn't share up front) and were ready to find our home. Fortunately, we happened across one of Danny's listings. He was prompt, always available, a great communicator and fun to work with. He answered all of my questions and was even there to assist us when we had an issue right after closing. Danny jumped in and helped out, never making us feel like it wasn't his problem.
