Bob's has proven that in the long run there's no substitute for experience and the knowledge that comes with it. Bob replaced the sites on a Glock slide for me and not only did he do a banner job on the install but he took the extra imitative to clean and refurbish the entire slide while he was at it. This gun has been underwater 4 days out of the week for the last 6 years so it showed it's wear. He had it looking respectable and even took the time to grease it for me before I left.
