Clueless crew, shady business. Took an unlocked Note 8 in and bought a SIM card from them, which had tape on it to hold the SIM in, so that struck me wrong anyways because it wasn't brand new. They tried to activate it and then couldn't. Then they gave me a line of BS about how since it was an unlocked phone that it was GSM carriers only and not CDMA which is what Verizon is. I knew better when I bought the phone, because it showed to work on both networks, but I left anyways and got with Verizon. The minor detail that I didn't know was that I had to have an UNLOCKED SIM card. Which is fine, but they should have known that too since they are a Verizon store after all. So I took the SIM card back for a refund 6 days later and was told it was store policy they could take used SIM cards back. Even though it was their clueless brains that sold me the wrong SIM card they wouldn't refund my money on a SIM card that wasn't new when they sold it to me. I had a bad experience with them less than 3 years ago as well. They got $22 out of me but it'll be the last cent they get from me. Anyone I talk to I'll let know not to go there. Like I said, they're clueless and shady. The only nice person there was the woman, the other guys were arrogant pricks. I actually just feel sorry for her that she has to work with them.

They charge you for hooking up a replacement phone if yours is damaged. Plus they Jack up the cost on a new Sim card. Typical gouge the good customer when they need help.
