A great car buying experience! Sales Manager Vernon Dewey referred us to our sales rep, Alan Sollis, who is great. Kudos to Laurie Leeper who made the paper work process smooth and effortless. All the staff was friendly, helpful and outgoing. Oh, and we LOVE our GMC Terrain!!! WOW...what a ride!
Took my diesel van in for service, kept it for 2 months. They replaced everything related to the fuel system, injector pump, fuel pump, regulator,everything, then they found dirt in gas tank, dirt never got past fuel pick up filter in tank. I could have replaced everything until I found the problem and saved a lot of money. But this was my fault I was told by more than 1 person not to go to ultimate ford and I still took it there so I deserved getting screwed. Wish I could give no stars.
