The ford The service advisor is great! He truly makes you feel like he's concerned and wants to help. The service department is very busy, they are the only ford dealer for about 50 miles. Make an appointment. The service department is fast.

I would give these guys a million negative stars if I could. Where to begin. I have never seen such MASS INCOMPETENCE in my ENTIRE LIFE. We have probably put about $10 grand in my vehicle this year alone, it's only an 07, this should not be a thing, yet here we are, returning every other month because they either A. Didn't fix it right the first time. or B. Broke something else near it which inevitably needs fixing. I do not tinker in my vehicle, so everything wrong with it is directly from them. They, however, do not see it that way, nope, they will not cover their mistakes, only charge me more and more and more. Like right now, my wife kept telling them she was smelling something, but they ignored her and acted like she was stupid, and now they're trying to charge us $1,000. Heater was also working before we brought it in there, got it back and now it doesn't work and it's hissing. Got a quote from another mechanic, said they'd do it for $300. So, see you later Ford, you have FOREVER lost my business! You're lucky I'm not taking you to a lawyer!
Service preformed well. I was informed of what was needed and options that I had. Notified of delayed parts shipment. Offered ride and pick up service.
