The employee that helped us was nice and easy to talk to and very helpful. The atmosphere of the store had my husband and I geeking out the whole time. (He's Atari gen and I'm Super Nintendo) We bought our son his first game console (a Nintendo Switch) with a Super Mario Odesey game for him and a Zelda BOTW game for me. ;-) We love the games! And GameStop guarantees their games at no additional cost.
