The screen was set at a good price.
I've never been dissatisfied from shopping here, they test everything that is out in the "Sales Floor". Any time I've bought a device or game or anything, it is always in an amazing condition.
I've been a customer of sweet 5 since they were still located next to Chens Garden.
My wife was lied to by whoever she talked to in the store.
They are the most professional group of techies I've ever met.
For the back story, it is posted as a review to their Facebook page because of character limitation from Google.
They offered to pay overnight charges and put a button in for free after breaking the freshly installed screen.
The associate that helped me in the beginning and the end was polite.
Tried blaming me for all the problems.
Awesome inventory but a little pricey...maybe I'm just cheap.
Bad:
Bob will go above and beyond for you. he often has some stuff on the shelf for a project if your in a crunch and is always willing to talk if you have an idea. Cool place, good for the maker community.
I can't reccomend this place enough. The staff is able to explain everything, they're patient with customers, and are just awesome.
Inexperienced and very rude technician, raised voices during conversation.
Knowledgeable and honest group of guys, fair pricing.. always leave happy.
Install was poorly done and (purposefully or maybe not purposefully) sabotaged.
Just an all out horrible experience.

They're friendly and honest. They know how to do customer service better than most tech shops. I can always recommend Sweet 5 to anyone needing a device fixed without BS.
