I love my induction cooktop; recently, one of the electronic panels stopped working. Shay’s was right there to figure out the issue and didn’t stop their effort until they made a successful repair. It feels good to know that they truly value their customers and are here to serve!
I don’t know why anyone would want to buy something from them! Way overpriced and terrible service! You can get it anywhere at a third of the price! What a rip off!!
Was nice they carried the thermal cutoff to fix my clothes dryer but id never buy it from them. Price gouging the heck out of it! Its a $4 part online and they wanted over $41 before tax. No thanks.
Shay's Appliance has been harassing me for years. My ex-wife was an employee there and Brendan Shay continues to stick his nose in old, personal business of ours, trying to pressure me into sending money to my ex-wife. I have absolutely no idea why, after 2 years of moving 1,200 miles away, and not speaking to any of them, why Brendan still feels the need to contact me and attempt to scare me into sending my ex money, with legal threats. What vested interest does he have in this? Worry about your microwaves and refrigerators dude. Act grown.
