The fellow behind the counter was very friendly and courteous. Very nice. Hotel was clean and the breakfast was great. With one exception, the room was clean and nice. The exception being the carpet. The carpet was exceptionally dirty. So dirty that I did not want to take my shoes off. Large black and red stains of no telling what. Other than that, the room and hotel was fine.
This hotel was very average. The place was clean, but the carpets were despicable! They need to be replaced or Stanley Steemer needs to be called. The information said the pool was heated and there was a hot tub. The hot tub had a table and chairs covering it and the pool was cold. The door locks to the back and side doors would not work with the key. I had to walk around the whole hotel barefoot from the pool. We were there 3 days and I did not see anyone working on this problem. The pillows were lumpy. The bed was pretty comfortable though. The worst thing was having to walk through the employees and guests smoking at the front door! They really need to have a designated smoking area. The breakfast was pretty good. The pancake machine is neat! The employees were super friendly!! It was not our worst stay at a hotel, but definitely not the best!
Wonderful place to stay from start to finish. The check-in was quick friendly and warm. The employees all have great attitudes. The rooms are clean and fresh. My choice above all others in Mountain Home.
Stone throw from many restaurants and shopping options. Minutes away from a major hospital. Located on a quiet street. Comfortable bed and a great shower.
Had rooms. They were nice. Breakfast was good.
