Our room was clean. Tracy the front desk worker was wonderful!! She was kind especially after having a bad experience with comfort inn!! Definitely have/would stay again and I would recommend this hotel!!!
Surprisingly big rooms. Bathrooms are in serious need of a remodel. The indoor pool was very cold, along with the temp of the pool room itself. The cable TV left much to be desired. Many channels, there were a little over 40 to choose from, many didnt have sound, were fuzzy, or had a messed up picture. Service desk clerks were nice. Housekeeper was super nice. Very convenient that Pizza Inn is in the building, but annoying that you can't access it from the inside of the hotel even though there's doors from the lobby, you can't access the restaurant without going outside. The rooms on the outside can't access the ice machines inside after 11 pm without going around the entire building to the main entrance. Overall, for the money its definitely worth it. Just needs a few tweaks.
i definitely will not recommend this business to anyone! We were very disappointed. I will consider every Ramada conducts business the way this one did. We will not be back! If you choose Ramada, I would hope that your stay is more pleasant than ours.
Won't be back. Stayed here back at the end of April for a fishing trip. My group booked a block of four rooms for four nights. Staff seemed very put upon when problems were pointed out. Place was probably something back in the 80s but hasn't been updates since. After we left we found out they completely messed up the billing, charging one individual for all the rooms. We contacted them and told them not to worry that we would settle up amongst ourselves. Once we did they then charged us individually for the rooms. I had to deny the charge on my Amex which took over a month to settle. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else.
Great place to go with family or a Private Vacation. Nice, clean, friendly and classy. You'll pay good $$, but then again, (if you want clean & decent?).. You ill not mind paying the extra $$. You get what you pay for prerty much when it comes to a Hotel Business at least...
