Hired Miles Riley for a guided trout fishing trip in early morning in winter. River was running a bit low but he navigated expertly through the shoals and we three all caught our limit of 5 each in only 2 hours! So much fun and so beautiful. He was a huge help and we tried bank and fly fishing as well. He expertly and quickly cleaned all the fish. The cabins look incredible and one could also fish and float in that area or go up the nearby Buffalo River to camp and fish. Priceless! Check the dam water flow report!

My two friends and I just stayed two nights here. We rented The Loft cabin, and we LOVED it! The Riley family is the best! Our cabin was quaint & clean, we had everything we could need, and the family makes sure your stay is peaceful and enjoyable. This is a pretty secluded area right on the White River & Buffalo River. Great for fishing or floating. About 15 minutes from Mountain Home proper. We will stay here again-- hopefully many times!
